These terms govern every order on this site. The presentation of a product is an invitation to treat; your order is an offer, and the contract comes into being when we confirm dispatch by e-mail. The order button at checkout states the payment obligation before you press it.
Prices are shown in US dollars, euros, pounds sterling or Swiss francs, your choice in the header. For delivery addresses in the EU and the UK, duties and any applicable taxes are added at checkout and shown before you pay. The price shown at the end of checkout is the price you pay.
We accept card payments through SpicePay, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna where offered at checkout. Title passes on dispatch; risk passes on delivery.
We dispatch within 48 hours on working days, tracked. Shipping costs and times are shown in the shipping and returns page and at checkout.
Every piece carries a two-year warranty handled by us from our own stock. This is in addition to your statutory rights where goods are not as described, not of satisfactory quality or not fit for purpose; those statutory remedies are not discretionary favours and are set out in the shipping and returns page.
We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and under product-liability law. For simple negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual duties, capped at the typical foreseeable damage for this kind of contract. Nothing in this clause limits mandatory consumer protections of the country where you habitually reside (Regulation (EC) 593/2008, Regulation (EU) 1215/2012).
For customers in the United States, Wyoming law governs. For customers elsewhere, the law of your habitual residence applies to the mandatory protections it grants you, and we will not invoke a different law to take them away. The European ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025; complaints go to us first, then to your national consumer body or ECC-Net.
