Shipping

• Dispatch within 48 hours on working days, tracked.
• Free tracked shipping on orders over $99 (or the equivalent in your currency).
• EU and UK: usually inside one week. Elsewhere: inside two weeks.
• Duties and taxes for EU and UK addresses are settled at checkout and shown before you pay.

Thirty days, our promise

You may return any piece within 30 days of delivery, no reason needed, in the box it came in. We refund the way you paid, usually within three working days of the parcel arriving. Return shipping is free: write to [email protected] and we send a label.

Your statutory rights

Separately from our promise, EU and UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal by law, described on the withdrawal page, and statutory remedies where goods are faulty or not as described. Those rights stand on their own; our 30-day promise only adds to them and never replaces them. Where goods are not in conformity with the contract you may require repair or replacement, a price reduction or a refund, as your law provides.

Refund deadlines

Refunds for a withdrawal run from the day we receive your withdrawal declaration, not from any internal approval, and are paid within 14 days of that day.
