What we process and why

• Order data (name, address, e-mail, order contents, payment reference): to fulfil the contract with you, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Account data (e-mail, name, password hash): to run your account, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• E-mail list (address only, if you joined it): to send one message when the next drop lands, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, consent. You can leave at any time by replying to that message or writing to [email protected].
• Technical session data (session token, currency choice): to keep the shop working between pages, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a functioning shop. See the cookie policy.

Payment

Card payments run on SpicePay's hosted checkout. Your card number is entered on SpicePay's page, not ours; we receive only a payment reference and its status. SpicePay processes that data under its own terms and privacy notice.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Arts. 15 to 22 GDPR), and the right to withdraw consent at any time. In the UK the same rights apply under the UK GDPR. Write to [email protected] and we answer within one month.

If you are in the United States

For California residents, the categories above are the categories of personal information we collect, and the purposes are the business purposes. You have the right to know, delete and correct, and the right to opt out of any sale or sharing; we do not sell or share personal information. We honour requests under the CCPA/CPRA and other state privacy laws on the same one-month clock.

Retention

• Order data: as long as commercial and tax record-keeping requires, then deleted.
• Account data: until you close the account, then deleted within 30 days.
• E-mail list: until you leave, then deleted immediately.
• Session and currency cookies: see the cookie policy.

Complaints

You may complain to your local supervisory authority; for Germany, for example, the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection, and for the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office. We would rather fix it first: write to [email protected].
